ใช้ในกรณีของถึงผู้รับแล้ว แต่ของได้รับความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง และจะส่งของชิ้นใหม่ให้ภายใน 1 วันทำการ สำหรับของที่เสียหายไม่ต้องส่งคืนผู้ขายด้วยครับ

ทั้งผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายมีสิทธิ์ให้ฟีดแบคได้ภายใน 60 วัน


ถ้าคุณเป็นคนขาย คุณสามารถให้ feedback ลูกค้า (positive อย่างเดียว) ได้ภายใน 60 วัน


ส่วนถ้าเป็นคุณเป็นคนซื้อสินค้า  คุณก็สามารถให้ feedback คนขายได้ภายใน 60 วันเช่นกัน แต่คนซื้อจะได้สิทธิ์เยอะกว่าหน่อยคือให้ positive neutral หรือ negative ก็ได้ รวมทั้งยังให้ดาว DSR ได้อีกด้วย
